Storyline
- Tells the story of Perla, a young woman in a fishing village who has two young men in love with her--Renato, the shy unassuming one who loves Perla from afar but does not profess it, and Berto the bold aggressive man who annoys Perla because it is Renato that she loves. The owner of a cannery comes to the village and influences the lives of these three people. In the end, Renato comes back to his love who faithfully waited for him.
