Storyline
- Poor girl Maria is wooed by a rich boy. The boy's uncle disapproves and breaks up their marriage after the couple already has three kids. With fortitude however, Alicia amasses a fortune, anonymously pays off her past debts of gratitude as Madam X, and eventually hounds the wrong-doer with sweet revenge.
